From consultation to surgery, our skilled team ensures every visit is smooth, stress-free, and focused on the highest level of care.
Your First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation with Dr. Mather. He will take the time to complete a comprehensive evaluation, explain all findings and your diagnosis with you. Following, he will then recommend a treatment plan specific for your needs.
Occasionally, surgery can be performed on the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
A thorough medical history form will need to be completed prior to your consultation.

Dr. Mather and his team are committed to providing excellent care and guide patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs. Financial costs are discussed during your initial consultation and a predetermination sent to your insurance provider.
Your dental insurance is a contract between your employer and an insurance company. Benefits received are based on the fee guide that your insurer follows - this may be different from those suggested by the Alberta Dental Association. At the time of your initial consultation we will assist you with an insurance predetermination.
The benefits that you receive from your insurance plan may not cover all the costs of your surgical treatment. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance.
